Audit and Risk Committee

Arbejdernes Landsbank's Board of Directors has established an Audit and Risk Committee that supervises and prepares issues related to accounting, auditing and risk management.

The committee consists of:

  • Managing Director Lars Andersen (Chairman)
  • Trade Union President Claus Jensen
  • Profesional Board Member Caroline Søeborg Ahlefeldt
  • Senior Fellow in Kraka, Karsten Dybvad

The Head of Internal Audit, The Chief Risk Officer and the CFO participates in the committee meetings.
