Executive board
The Bank’s Executive Board consists of up to 12 members.
General meeting
The General Assembly is the Bank's highest authority. An ordinary General Meeting is to be held by 15 April each year.
Advisory Board of Representatives
The Advisory Board of Representatives consists of up to 30 people. 27 elected by the shareholders and the remaining 3 are selected by bank employees.
Audit and Risk Comittee
Arbejdernes Landsbank's Board of Directors has established an Audit and Risk Committee that supervises and prepares issues related to accounting, auditing and risk management.
